A small independent design studio in Cheltenham, named after the town's Montpellier quarter — the upscale Regency neighbourhood. We build clean, fast websites for small businesses — locally in Gloucestershire and for clients across the UK and beyond — without the agency markup. Honest scope, fixed price, live in a week.
We work like an architectural practice, not a tech shop. Considered, hand-finished, signed off. Most projects happen over email and video calls; whether you're ten minutes away or in another time zone makes no real difference to the work.

Questions a cautious owner should ask.
Who owns the website when it's done?
You do — fully. The site files, the domain, and the hosting all live in your account from day one. Ownership of the finished site itself transfers to you when the balance is paid on go-live. Nothing's tied to us. If you ever want to move on, you can take everything to anyone.
What if I want changes later?
For ongoing small edits — text updates, image swaps, opening hours, contact details, adding items to your services or gallery — the Care Plan is £20/mo. We turn small edits around within 5 working days. Cancel anytime. Bigger changes (new pages, new features, rebrands) get a fresh fixed-price quote so you always know what you're paying for.
Do you handle the domain and hosting?
Yes — and you own it from day one. On our first call we'll set up a Cloudflare account in your name and either buy the domain together (about £10–£15/year, paid by you direct to Cloudflare) or point your existing domain at the new site. The account stays yours; we just need access during the build. At handover, you can lock us out in one click. Your domain, your hosting, your control.
What if I'm not happy with the first draft?
You get two rounds of revisions included. Tell us straight what isn't working — we'd rather know early. If after the first draft you'd rather walk away, we'll refund 50% of the deposit and part on good terms. The first-draft materials stay with us in that case — full ownership only transfers to you when the balance is paid on go-live. Past the first draft, extra rounds beyond the included two are £50 each.
How do I pay?
50% deposit to start, 50% on go-live. Card payment via Stripe, or bank transfer if you prefer. We send a proper numbered invoice for both. No surprise charges, no monthly lock-in — the optional Care Plan is the only recurring item, and it's cancel-anytime.
Do you use AI?
Yes — we use AI tools to draft and iterate faster, then we review, edit, and finish everything by hand. You get a better site at a lower price because of it.
Do you only work with businesses in Cheltenham?
No. Cheltenham is home, and we love working with neighbours, but we work with small businesses anywhere in the UK and internationally. The work happens over email and video calls — there's no real difference whether you're ten minutes away or in another time zone.
Can you take online payments or booking deposits?
Yes — our Commerce tier (£800) wires up to 6 Stripe payment buttons into your site (buy, book, deposit, donate). You'll need a Stripe account; if you don't have one we offer a £50 setup-help add-on. Subscriptions and full e-commerce shops need different tools — happy to advise.
